  3. Custom and Personalized Orders:
    • Custom and personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun.
    • For any concerns regarding custom orders, please contact our customer service team immediately upon placing the order.

Refund Process:

    • Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
